Diane Zile (Vice President) is a passionate, experienced leader who most recently held the role of Chief People Officer at OtterBox, a company frequently recognized for their engaging culture and innovative people practices. Previously, Diane co-founded the strategic business consultancy Whole Strategies. She has held senior leadership roles at McStain Neighborhoods and Level 3 Communications and has more than 20 years of strategic human resources experience at Fortune 500 companies, including YUM! Brands and Macy’s. Diane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Towson University and received her Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Diane enjoys traveling with her husband David and hiking in the foothills with their pups, Hilo, Kahu & Kailua. She is passionate about theatre and the arts and previously served on the Advisory Board of the Colorado Shakespeare Festival.
