Kelsey Colwell (Gwendolyn) is originally from Stanton, NE. She moved to Summit County in 2018 and now works as an Associate Designer for Collective Design in Frisco. After receiving her BA in Theatre from Loyola University Chicago, Kelsey worked as a scenic artist and actor. Her involvement with the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre started in 2019. Her favorite roles were playing Daisy in The Great Gatsby, Gwendolyn in The Importance of Being Earnest and experimenting with the many roles in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged). Kelsey most recently earned a Henry award for her set design of It’s a Wonderful Life at BBT.
