Elizabeth Barrekette (Board Secretary) grew up in New York City and also lived in Australia and the UK before moving to Boulder with her family. She has a degree in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. Elizabeth has worked as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and as a marketing strategy executive for Vodafone plus other organizations around the globe. Elizabeth currently focuses her work on executive development and business coaching while serving on boards in the Denver Metro area. Elizabeth, her husband Jonathan, and their two children have made the most of living in Boulder – hiking, skiing, cycling and tennis plus enjoying their subscription to BETC.
