The Evening
5:00 pm — Check-In, Auction Paddle Pick-up, Cocktail Hour
Grab a drink and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, live music, and pay-to-play games
6:00 pm — Welcome from BETC
Doors open to the Xanadu Banquet Room for a sumptuous dinner prepared by St Julien’s Executive Chef, Michael Griffith
6:15-7:15pm — Dinner
7:15-8:00pm — Entertainment
Enjoy songs and previews of BETC’s upcoming season, featuring Season 19 performers Penina Eisenberg, Bobby Bennett, Adrian Robinson, Madelyn Smith and more, plus the inimitable Hank Troy
8:00pm — Live Auction and Paddle Raise
8:30pm — Dancing and Romancing
Party the night away with the music of live band, La Pompe
