K.J. McCorry (Board President) is the CEO of Officiency, Inc., an organizational efficiency consulting company specializing in productivity, operational systems and sustainability that is based out of Boulder, CO. In her career, she has worked with over 200+ private sector clients, 100+ federal, state or local government agencies and 50+ nonprofit and foundations. She is the author of Organize Your Work Day In No Time, and a contributing author to Simple Path to Sustainability; Green Business Strategies for Small and Medium Sized Businesses.
K.J. has been nominated twice by her peers for the prestigious Founders Award with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing, recognizing leaders who have furthered the productivity industry. She was part of the inaugural cohort of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation Leadership Fellows program in 2018 and a Colorado Governor’s Fellow in 2020. She also serves on the following board of directors: Alliance Center (Director), Eco-Cycle (Vice-President), and University of Colorado Denver Managing for Sustainability Advisory Council and the Sundance Homeowners Association (President). She is a lover of nature and wildlife and likes to hike on the weekends. She was raised in Denver and currently based in Boulder, Colorado.
